Pulled Pork-style Blue Oysters with creamy coleslaw
This recipe is adapted from a recipe by Zach Papaleoni of Spore to Fork in Syracuse, NY. I Changed the slaw up a bit, but the BBQ pulled oyster mushrooms are all his delicious creation.
