Description

This is one of our favorite mushrooms to eat.  They are the largest of the oyster mushroom species, and with their signature thick stem and small cap they sure stand out in a crowd.  Hailed for their meaty texture and umami flavour, the King Trumpet is sometimes likened to scallops, which makes them an interesting option for vegetarians and are often billed as ‘mushroom steaks’ or ‘vegan scallops’.  Add some to your cart today!
