Join our Community Supported Mushroom Program!

Structured like a CSA, community members will be able to directly support our farm through the advanced purchase of a share of mushrooms….Community supported Mushrooms!  Opt for a half pound or full pound of mushrooms for a set amount of weeks, pay upfront, and get a discount on your produce in return. This type of community partnership helps farms – especially small, independent farms- with budgeting, projections and the acquisition of materials.

We have broken down the calendar into 3 ‘seasons’: Spring, Summer, and Autumn, with mushroom shares offered in full or half pound amounts weekly or bi-monthly.  Shares will be packaged as ‘chef’s mixes’, with single variety options available upon request. All orders are eligible for free Monday or Thursday deliveries to the Croghan- Copenhagen-Lowville-Lyons Falls areas.  Not sure if you are in the delivery zone? AUTUMN SHARES  are now available to purchase!  Autumn Shares run from the week of October 6 – December 19 (for a total of 11 weeks -6 weeks for the bi-monthly allotment) and plans range from $48 – $165.  Please see the pricing tiers below for a full list of options.
